Another take on vegan pancakes? Yes!!
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup soy or almond milk
However many chocolate chips or berries you like :))
Because these contain no egg, the pancakes cook very fast and fall apart easier than you might expect from a non -gluten free pancake. I think that these are the closest pancake to the "normal" breakfast tradition, and are not really any healthier (but cruelty free:) I would recommend you make these at least once, and if you find them delicious, make them all the time:))
