Garlic Smoked Paprika Chicken roasted on a bed of fennel, sweet onions and garlic cloves.
3 kosher chickens 1/8ths
3 org Fennel bulbs, chopped
3 org sweet onions, chopped
15 or more org garlic cloves
Olive oil and or EV coconut oil
Salt and fresh ground pepper
Preheat oven to 375F
drizzle oil in a large baking pan
Add chopped veggies, whole garlic cloves
Season and mix with oil. Spread along bottom.
Season chicken w/salt, pepper, garlic powder
and smoked paprika.
Turn and season skin side.
Place chicken over vegetables.
Roast for 1 hour.
You may use curry powder instead.
