Cauliflower Soup.
Sauté seasoned garlic cloves, onions, leeks till golden.
In a Dutch oven drizzle w/olive oil. Heat.
Add cauliflower and 8 cloves garlic. Drizzle with olive or coconut oil. Season, sauté, mix to get color.
Add sautéed veggies, broth to Cauliflower.
Bring to simmer. Cover. 20m.
Purée in batches (vitamix).

Then add a different seasoning each time.
Truffle oil.
Curry w/cilantro
Wild mushrooms sautéed and chopped as garnish.
