Sponge Cake with cannoli cream and fresh strawberries.
Bake sponge cake in two 9 inch pans, brush with a lemon sugar syrup. Mix ricotta and powdered sugar and spread on one layer. Add a layer of sliced strawberries. Top with second layer of sponge cake, another layer of cannoli cream. Top with whole an sliced macerated strawberries.
