Dice onions and garlic and put it in olive oil and sauté. Put cherry tomatoes and cook till they pop. Add salt and pepper. Then add you choice of herb ( coriander or parsley ) before serving. Cook pasta spaghetti according to the box. Then add the cooked tomatoes on the top. It is a simple vegetarian recipe but tastes quite good.
