I thought it was pretty good. The leeks seem a little unnecessary to me. I would recommend salting the ribboned squashes to draw or extra moisture, then rinse and dry. Maybe even dry out in a low oven for a bit. It's a beautiful dish, but squash gets a bit watery on you.
