Scotch Eggs with mustard.
Boil eggs only for five minutes, if you want the yolk to be runny.
Mix pork sausages with onion powder, salt and pepper.
Peel the eggs, coat them with all purpose flour. Cover the egg with pork mixture. Deep fry them for 7 to 10 minutes. Enjoy them with mustard or brown gravy.
