make two of the above cakes. Top one cake with chocolate frosting (will post recipe below but store bought will work fine) then stack the second cake on top. Then frost the sides of the cake ( not the top). Spread the chocolate flakes (see below) on a large plate. Carefully roll the cake in the flakes. You will need to do this a couple of times till the slides are completely covered. Then frost the top and press the chocolate flakes on. Using a pastry spatula press the flakes down on the sides and top so they are flat and even.
