Perfect weeknight dinner. Except of course, the bf didn't get home until about 8, and then we went for a short run (and by short, I seriously mean short), so dinner was around 9.30. Whoops! But it was delicious, so oh well. Black sesame and wasabi crusted tofu, with tamari/lime/chive (from our garden)/ginger sauce, jasmine rice, and sautéed red bell pepper and baby bok choy.
