Peaches 🍑, Ghee ( or coconut oil) and spiced coconut Sprinkles.
Warm a cast iron with a generous amount of ghee. You want a small puddle. Place halved or quarter peaches lightly brushed with maple syrup in the pan. Cut side down. Cook on medium or medium low heat for 10 to 20 mins. Until caramelized and slightly soft. In the meantime, mix cardamom powder to taste, a dash of maple, pinch of salt and unsweetened shredded coconut in a small bowl. Remove peaches and toss mixture in the left over goop. Add more ghee if needed. Turn the stove off to gently toast and roast the coconut and spices. Also a splash of water to soften the coconu and deglaze the pan. Sprinkle on 🍑 and serve warm
