Here's a healthy snack option! Sauté minced garlic and onion in a frying pan. Then add shrimps, mung bean sprouts, and carrot strips. Take the mix off the pan, cool off, then wrap in shanghai roll wrappers. When done, fry until golden brown. Serve with a sauce made of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic.
