My take on rosemary bread!

Poolish: 200g white wheat flour + 200mL of water, and some (very little) active dry yeast.
Final dough: poolish + 200g white wheat flour + 100g whole grain wheat flour + ??? mL water + 10g salt + fresh rosemary
