Kimchee Rice

1.5 - 2 cups cooked Rice
2 scrambled Eggs
1 T. Tamari (or soy sauce)
1/2 cup Kimchee
Chopped Cilantro
Lime wedge

Scramble eggs; set aside. Sauté rice in a small amount of oil. Add tamari . Add scrambled eggs. Add kimchee. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Plate. Serve with cilantro, lime wedges, and siracha. Enjoy!!
