Summer tomato tart with feta, fresh oregano and bread crumbs. Thinly slice yummy ripe tomatoes and drain on paper towels. Blind bake pie crust ( sometimes I use phyllo) 15 minutes @375 f. Mix feta with a bit of milk to make a chunky paste. Spread on warm crust then place tomatoes on top. Sprinkle with oregano and crushed croutons/bread crumbs. Add lots of salt and pepper. Bake @ 375f for about 20minutes.
