Problem: Those okanagan peaches I bought went too ripe and mushy before I could eat them!
Solution: throw them in the blender/food processor (...who am I kidding, I mashed them with a potato masher) and pour in a bottle of white/rosé/whatever you've got. Put it in the fridge for a day or so. I know you want to drink it right away but TRUST.
Pour over ice/frozen berries. That's a slice of frozen peach you see in my glass 🍑 👌 ✨ A little splash of champs never hurts either 🥂😝
