Sure thing! (I did make my cheese so I was able to make it the consistency I wanted) But not to worry. all your looking for is a soft goat cheese like feel. Store bought is usually a little drier. Just whip with a little cream or milk first till smooth than add egg white and beat till you have soft peaks. I used 1/4 cup cheese and 1 egg white for a 9" pan. Hope that helps! I did. It was homemade cheese which is always a little creamier, but both work. I just beat them together till soft peak stage. For that 9" tart I used a quarter cup cheese and one egg white. Goat cheese works awesome too. It was so good!!
