Garlic Spinach and Shrimp in cream sauce: sauté onion and garlic in oil. Add sun dried tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Add lb jumbo shrimp and lightly cook (will continue to cook after adding rest of ingredients). Add lemon juice (your taste), cup of chicken broth and cup of room temperature milk with tbsp corn starch (keeps acid from curdling). Add more red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese and other seasonings of your choice. Add 12 oz. fresh spinach cook until wilted. Serve over angel hair pasta. Delicious!!!
