Homemade salad dressing is the best. Try this one on for size- a mock of Green Goddess style dressing. Goes well with just about anything, even chips! Top chicken, fish, salad or just soak it up with some crusty bread!
In your food processor (mine is small) put in washed parsley leaf, fresh dill, basil leaf, fresh thyme, shallot and garlic. Add a heaping tablespoon of labne, stone ground mustard, and a bit of mayo. Cover everything with olive oil (about 1/2-3/4 cup) and season with sea salt and pepper to taste. Oh! And add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Lastly, add water to thin down dressing to the consistency you desire. Helpful tip: whenever cooking, don't be afraid to use water- especially in salad dressing. This dressing has bite!
