Stuffed Poblano peppers: sauté onion and garlic, brown ground turkey or beef, add tons of spices (cumin, red pepper flakes, chile powder and cayenne peppers), add can green chiles and can corn. While all that is simmering, roast poblano peppers and then peel and core. Fill peppers with mixture. Top with cheese and chopped tomatoes. Heat in oven till cheese mets. Yum!
