Veggie Stock! Store (in a ziploc in the freezer) all of the veggie ends (onions, celery, peppers, carrots, herbs) when cooking. When the ziploc is full add the frozen mixture to a stock pot with water. Simmer and use as a base for soups and other recipes! No msgs, no preservatives....while being healthy and FREE from stuff that would otherwise be thrown away! "Waste not...want not!"
