Sourdough bread!
1/8 cup of my super active rye starter (thank you, Spanish summer!), 2 1/2 cups of white bread flour, and 1 cup of white spelt flour.
The fermentation time for this baby was of some whooping 26h+2h, which made up for some lovely holes, and an amazing sour taste
