Prepare a stock with miso and ready dashi powder. Fry in a wok some veggies like celery cabbage, oignons , mushrooms and bean sprouts. Add up some sake and Japanese soy sauce. Put in each serving bowl : cooked rice noodles or soba noodles, add up the vegetables, poor the hot stock and serve with slices of breadcrumbed porc schnitzel.
