Slow cooker cashew chicken! Mix some soy sauce, water, ketchup, grated ginger, minced garlic, brown sugar, rice vinegar, red pepper flakes and dump it over some browned chicken that's been coated in cornstarch and pepper. Cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours stir in cashews and cook for another 30 minutes. Served with green onions and basmati.
