Salmon poke bowl for one. Kept it simple. Pickled the cucumbers with rice vinegar, agave, salt. Plucked some Dino kale from the garden and shredded it. Cooked brown rice. For the poke, just salmon, red onion, scallion, avocado, sesame oil, and bit of ponzu. Then I decided a sprinkle of furikake would be the finishing touch.
