Cut lettuce or other sort of salat in small bits. Add up, some dried cranberries, walnuts (you can also put some Pistache or almonds previously chopped)Add up 1 handful of cooked wheat, and crumbled soft goat cheese. Add up some chopped mint leaves. Serve with a dressing made out of orange juice , lemon juice, olive or walnuts oil.
