Spicy roasted chickpeas - your snack life will never be the same again.
Drain and fully dry 2 cans chickpeas. Heat a splash of oil on a baking tray or in a cast iron skillet, add the chickpeas and a pinch of salt. Roast them for 35-40 mins. Halfway through, turn them over and add a spice mix of your choice - I like Cajun spice and old bay.
Get em while they're hot and crispy!
