Cara cara fennel salad with olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
Peel two oranges and cut in half. Thinly slice orange halves until you have moons. Shave one bulb of fennel. Put shaved fennel into a mixing bowl and toss in vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Later onto a platter with oranges and then lightly dress with oil and vinegar over top of salad. Drizzle balsamic glaze and garnish with fennel greens if desired.
