Beef Stew

White potatoes, mushrooms, chopped onion, minced garlic, all sautéed in olive oil, salt, pepper, and coriander. Pour beef stock and red wine into same pan and thicken sauce with flour. Sear steak in a separate pan, then put into sauce pan and let heat thru, stirring occasionally. Serve in a bowl with fresh basil leaves and a baguette stick.
