Chicken drumstick Indian curry.
Sauté onions, garlic and ginger, till golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste for 5-7 minutes. Add two tbsp of yogurt. Mix well. Then add chicken drumsticks, sauté them well for about 15-20 minutes. Add, salt, turmeric, chilly powder and curry powder. Add little water, cover and let it simmer for 30-45 min. Serve with basmati rice.
