Rosé Plum Tart.
Roll out pie crust to fit tart pan.
Slice about 5 to 6 medium plums.
Toss plums with a tablespoon of flour
Arrange sliced plums in a circle staring on the outside and working in.
Brush with rosé of choice and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350° for 45-55 minutes until plum juices are bubbly and crust is slightly browned.
