Rustic blueberry and pear tart! Used the last of my frozen summer blueberries and freshly picked pears from a friends tree. Added a bit of melted apricot preserves for sweetness and a TJ’s crust I found in the back of my freezer. Baked at 375 for about 40 minutes. Prolongs the feeling and yumminess of summer. Vanilla ice cream on top later.. if I can wait that long!
