Amuse-bouches tray: roasted rosemary almonds (recipe on blog or buy some) in a pretty dish, tiny crackers spread with some sort of fish mousse (I used belle-iloise), Food 52's Farro and Quinoa Salad with pickled fennel. A thoughtful, easy-to-adapt autumn recipe. This somewhat elaborate pre-dinner treat saves me from serving a rich dessert.
