Broiled salmon filet (covered with a bit of whole grain and Dijon mustard.....a heaping tablespoon of prepared horseradish ...and then just a dollop of honey and some extra virgin olive oil). Served over roasted sweet potato, red bell pepper and onion hash. Add in a few roasted asparagus spears and then dot with basil oil and Balsamic vinaigrette.
