Grilled margherita pizza. We spread the pizza dough, brush one side with olive oil, and place that side face-down on the barbecue. When it's golden we brush oil on the top/uncooked side and flip it over to face the fire. We then spread toppings (garlic, fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, and red onion) on the cooked side, which is now face-up. Close the grill and wait for mozzarella to melt. Top with basil.
