I made this quinoa salad using fresh veggies from neighbor farms when the summer has just started here in Sapporo where a northern city of Japan 🇯🇵
I always make my favorite dressing with EV olive oil, Shekwasha (OKinawa citrus), thyme salt, black pepper, and honey. I especially use non-filtered EV olive oil.
