Beetroots and cumin salad 🥗
Boil the bulb of beetroots in water added little salt until they get soft. Peel and trim the roots.
Cut beetroots into thick slices and mix it with red onions and flat leaf parsley. Drizzle it with dressing (ev olive oil, wine vinegar (or apple vinegar), grind cumin powder and black pepper).
Toss flat leaf parsley when you serve.
