Trying to eat a little bit healthy before the holidays begin. It’s a bit easier when it’s pretty! Baby kale, mint and cilantro leaves, bean sprouts, grape tomatoes, thinly sliced yellow bell pepper, slivered red onion, spiralized cucumbers and radishes. Topped with chopped toasted raw cashews. Serving with an avocado, lime, herb dressing.
