Grilled Pizza with homemade basil pesto, roasted garlic, caramelized onions, goat cheese and mozzarella! So delicious!
Roll the dough out and put olive oil on one side. Place the oiled side face down on the grill. Once that side is cooked, remove and place uncooked side face down on a well-oiled tray. Dress the top with all the toppings, ensuring to put the cheeses first. Carefully slide the pizza back on the grill to cook the bottom as well as the toppings. Enjoy and don’t eat too much!
