Post thanksgiving detox turkey “pho”

Simmer turkey carcass for a few hours to get a nice broth.

Add some soy sauce and sriracha to that broth.

Throw in some rice noodles.

Fill bowl with noodles and broth and some leftover turkey pieces. Too with cilantro, green onion, bell pepper, cucumber, zucchini and bean sprouts.
