Portobello mushroom, fontina cheese and fried egg pizza. Roll out the Fresh pizza dough. In a sauce pan add olive oil chopped garlic and red pepper. Sauté for two minutes add chopped mushrooms. Sauté for 5-6 minuets. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle fontina cheese on the dough. Spread mushrooms on top of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for ten minutes. Fry a egg in a pan. Place that on top o the pizza and serve.
