Chickpea and spinach burger on Brioche Bun.
Pulse chickpeas and red onion in a blender. Add fresh spinach, sunflower seeds, soy sauce, salt, pepper, olive oil, Chile peppers and lemon juice and pulse for few minutes. Add egg white and Panko. Mix and make patties and cook on low heat. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes on a toasted brioche buns. Enjoy!!
