The flavors only deepen as the salad sits, making it even more delicious over time. The recipe can also easily be doubled for a larger portion.

Crescenza & Artichoke Panzanella

This sandwich is somewhere between a grilled cheese and a BLT, thanks to oven-roasted campari tomatoes, crispy bacon, and a winning combo of three of the four cheeses in BelGioioso’s Italian Cheeseboard. I then stack them high with slices of juicy tomato, grilled eggplant, and a bright, garlicky vinaigrette to tie it all together. Crostata is the delicious Italian version of a baked pie. Sweetened cheese is a common filling and this version, made with BelGioioso Ricotta Con Latte, BelGioioso Mascarpone, and studded with mini chocolate chips, plays on the classic cannoli combination. A flaky pastry crust encases the sweet cream and a lattice crust makes for a fancy finish
