Test Kitchen Notes

Warm, spiced and very boozy, Bumble Brown Punch has a light sweetness from the honey amber lager that combines with plenty of fall spices and dark rum to make for a cozy and comforting drink. Don't forget the apple slices--they maintain a faint crunch while soaking up lots of flavor ... and alcohol!

Thanks for sharing! I couldn't find honey amber lager in my quick run to the liquor store, but a Goose Island holiday brown lager worked wonderfully.

Can I make this a few hours ahead? If so, do I chill? Or do I leave at room temp? Thank you!

White or dark or spiced rum? Will it matter
