Author Notes: Mix smoked salmon and cream cheese then freeze fir a couple of hours. Easy to serve and delicious of course.Hidemi


Serves 6-8

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 5-6 slices Smoked Salmon
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Parsley
  1. Chop smoked salmon.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and add smoked salmon, lemon juice and parsley. Mix well. Form into your preferred size of square ( I made 2x18 )and wrap in a plastic wrap. Freeze for a couple of hours.
  3. Cut the salmon cheese bar and serve.
