Author Notes: Mix smoked salmon and cream cheese then freeze fir a couple of hours. Easy to serve and delicious of course. —Hidemi
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- 5-6 slices Smoked Salmon
- 2 teaspoons Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Minced Parsley
- Chop smoked salmon.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and add smoked salmon, lemon juice and parsley. Mix well. Form into your preferred size of square ( I made 2x18 )and wrap in a plastic wrap. Freeze for a couple of hours.
- Cut the salmon cheese bar and serve.
