Honey Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini

Serves: 6


  • Ciabatta bread or similar
  • Honey to drizzle
  • Soft Goat cheese
  • Ripe, but still firm pears
  • Fresh rosemary
In This Recipe


  1. Grill pears. Place on top of sliced bread. Drizzle with honey. Cover with some goat cheese.
  2. Let the cheese melt in the 180º heated oven for about 10min. Decorate with rosemary. Serve warm.
