- 400 g of fresh or frozen Brussel sprouts
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Sea salt & Freshly ground black pepper
- A handful of Walnuts, chopped
- Roast your Brussel Sprouts @ 180º for about 30 min with some grated butter, walnuts, salt & pepper.
