Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Butter & Walnuts

Author Notes: The name says it all. It´s not a recipe. It´s just an idea. Something too simple for us to remember to make for a fancy dinner. It´s definitely one of my favourite recipes. Gorgeous, healthy and delicious. Love it love it love it!Ausra de Araujo

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 400 g of fresh or frozen Brussel sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Sea salt & Freshly ground black pepper
  • A handful of Walnuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Roast your Brussel Sprouts @ 180º for about 30 min with some grated butter, walnuts, salt & pepper.
