Serves: 10

  • 1 bunch Swiss Chard
  • 8 Yellow Potatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Lentil
  • 1 handful coriander / cillantro
  • 3 garlic cloves
  1. boil the lentils for 30 minutes
  2. add potatoes cut up in small cubes
  3. add chopped bunch of Swiss chard
  4. add onion
  5. add garlic
  6. boil for 15 minutes
  7. Add cillantro
  8. Pinch of salt and pepper
  9. boil for another 15 minutes adding chicken broth
  10. then a splash of lemon on each plate as you serve
