Ingredients

1 cup
sugar

1 cup
mirin
-
1 cup
sake

1 cup
soy sauce
Directions

Combine ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes and store in air-tight jar for up to 6 months in the fridge.

Add to salmon (my personal favorite), chicken or any other protein of your choice when 75% cooked through. Note: the longer you cook the sauce, the thicker it becomes.
