Serves: 6

  • 2 cups Boilt Kamut
  • 3/4 cup Chopped pecans
  • 2 Carrots, chopped
  • 2 Stalks of celery
  • 1/2 Dried Cranberries, chopped
  • 1 Scallion, white & green parts chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  1. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Season, chill and enjoy!
