- 2 cups Boilt Kamut
- 3/4 cup Chopped pecans
- 2 Carrots, chopped
- 2 Stalks of celery
- 1/2 Dried Cranberries, chopped
- 1 Scallion, white & green parts chopped
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. Season, chill and enjoy!
