Author Notes: These garam masala honey roasted walnuts are sweet, spicy and inspired with our freshly ground Indian spices- a little too good. Make a big batch and pop them on salads throughout the week for a health packed lunch- or just eat them straight out of the bowl for a feel good mid-afternoon pick me up.RawSpiceBar


Serves 8

  • 1 piece RawSpiceBar's Garam Masala Spices
  • 5 cups walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine RawSpiceBar's garam masala spices, honey and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add walnuts, stir to coat.
  4. Place walnuts evenly on baking sheet. Bake until nuts are browned and toasted, stirring occasionally, about 15-20 minutes. Let cool on baking sheet, transfer to a bowl, and serve. These also make a great topping for salads!
